Appearance

Pale straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage, creamy foam.

Nose

Good intensity, opening on bread crust and yeast, followed by yellow apple and rose, closing on a light Mediterranean spice note.

Palate

Fresh and structured, lively acidity, a subtle saline edge, dry and long on the finish. Excellent drinkability.
