BLACK ROSE INGREDIENTS

1.25 OZ. FIOL PROSECCO
1.5 OZ. PLANTATION PINEAPPLE RUM
OZ. HOT ESPRESSO
0.5 OZ. DEMERARA SYRUP (2 SUGAR | 1 WATER)
1 BAR SPOON FERNET BRANCA
8 MINT LEAVES

METHOD

Shake all ingredients except FIOL Prosecco with plenty of ice and double strain into a chilled snifter. Garnish with ground tonka bean and a black rose bud, and a basil leave.


ENHANCE

In order to enhance the FIOL Prosecco experience, we recommend to serve the sparkling wine between 47°F - 50°F (8°C - 10°C) in a wine glass.
