FIOL Classic is an award winning, refreshing and smooth expression of the Glera grape, beautifully balanced and versatile. With limited acidity and a moderate alcohol content, our FIOL Prosecco Extra Dry is lively and refreshing on the palate.
FIOL’s wine vision, flavour profile and quality control is overseen by Marzio Pol, an expert in the wine and sparkling wine industry, who with more than 50 harvests under his belt, has extensive knowledge advising prestigious wineries in Italy. Method: CharmatGrapes: 100% GleraFermentation: 40 days
TASTING NOTES:
On The Eye: Light golden color and creamy foam. On The Nose: Elegant bouquet of wisteria flowers, acacia and the tangy sweetness of mature crab apple and pear. On The Palate: Lively and refreshing, combining both savory and sweet flavors, ending on notes of Mediterranean spices and lemons.
