DOC Extra Dry

Always right. Never excessive.

No occasion required. Opening a bottle of FIOL Extra Dry doesn’t wait for the right moment – it creates one

Fiol_Prosecco_DOC

FIOL Extra Dry needs no introduction. Made from 100% Glera, it stays true to the grape at the origin of Prosecco, yet shows up wherever the moment calls for it: at the bar, at the table, in mixology, at ease far beyond the occasions tradition once reserved for it.

It is the heart of the range because it embodies this balance most clearly: a wine that carries its roots lightly, letting them show through character rather than convention. One that asks nothing of those who drink it, yet gives more than expected.

100% Glera

PROSECCO DOC EXTRA DRY | 200 ML, 750 ML, 1500 ML | ABV 10.5%

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 14.5 G/L

Appearance

Pale straw yellow with a creamy, persistent foam.

Nose

An elegant bouquet of wisteria and acacia blossoms, with the sweetness of ripe wild apple and pear, and a citrus edge.

Palate

Lively and refreshing, with a balanced interplay of savory and sweet notes. The finish opens up with Mediterranean spices and a hint of lemon.

Food Pairings

FISH DISHES, RAW SEAFOOD, SUSHI, AND FRESH CHEESES.

FIOL Extra Dry speaks the language of the sea, but doesn’t stop there. At ease with raw dishes, sushi, and fresh seafood, its floral lift and citrus edge complement delicate flavors without overpowering them, while its sweetness balances briny, mineral notes rather than clashing with them. With fresh cheeses, the same interplay works in reverse: bright acidity cuts through creaminess, keeping every bite light rather than heavy. It doesn’t simply accompany a dish, it opens it up, drawing out flavors that might otherwise stay hidden.

FIOL WINES

A focused range, designed for clarity and versatility.
