Sparkling Sangria Recipe


Named after the lively and refreshing essence of a classic sangria, Sparkling Sangria is a vibrant twist on the traditional favourite, bringing a bubbly new energy to the mix.

Enter sun-kissed citrus, ripe berries, and a splash of liqueur—fruity, bold, and full of zest. These flavours dance effortlessly with our crisp sparkling wine, creating a spritzy sensation that’s as festive as a summer soirée. Just like sangria itself, this effervescent delight is all about celebration, shared moments, and a touch of Mediterranean magic.

SPARKLING SANGRIA ingredients:

Apple Pieces
Peach Pieces
60ml Sangria mix (orange juice, lemon juice, agave syrup)
FIOL Prosecco Rosé to top

SANGRIA RECIPE: IT’S super easy to make!

  1. Cool a glass. To start, cool a red wine glass, large tumbler or similar by filling with ice.
  2. Prepare the fruit. Chop the apple and peach into small, bite-sized pieces – for the best flavour, ensure that each fruit is as ripe as possible. Add a couple of pieces to the glass.
  3. Mix the base and stir. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, and agave syrup in a large pitcher. Stir with a bar spoon to combine. Make at least 60ml of it for one glass and pour onto your ice and fruit garnish.
  4. Add Prosecco top. Just before serving, pour in chilled FIOL Prosecco Rosé and fill to the top. Gently stir the mixture create some dilution and combine ingredients fully.
  5. Garnish and serve. Garnish with an orange wedge and enjoy. Why not experiment by adding extra garnishes like berries or a cinnamon stick to give it a unique twist?
