This iconic Italian brunch cocktail, born in the enchanting city of Venice, is a playful blend of sparkling Prosecco and sweet peach juice. She’s like the Mimosa’s older, wiser, more refined sister, and is perfect for hosting, or soaking up a lazy summer weekend.

 

You will need these ingredients:

1 Part    Peach Juice
3 Parts  FIOL Prosecco

And it is super easy to make:

  1. Add peach juice to a flute glass.
  2. Fill with FIOL Prosecco.

Typically served in a flute glass.
