Hugo Spritz Recipe


Meet the Hugo Spritz; made with Prosecco, elderflower syrup, soda water, and fresh mint, and originating from the picturesque region of South Tyrol in northern Italy, this delightful cocktail captures the essence of the mountains in every sip.

Served over ice and garnished with a fresh mint sprig, the Hugo Spritz practically begs you to unwind and picture yourself overlooking the Alpine meadows of Italy.

 

You will need these ingredients:

6-8         Mint leaves
1 Part    Elderflower Liqueur
3 Parts  FIOL Prosecco
1 Part    Soda Water

And it is super easy to make:

  1. Add mint leaves and elderflower liqueur to a wine glass.
  2. Muddle the leaves.
  3. Add ice to the top of the glass.
  4. Top with FIOL Prosecco and soda water.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.

Typically served in a wine glass.
