Mimosa Recipe

The #1 brunch gal since the 1920s, the Mimosa, was first concocted in the elegant Ritz Hotel in Paris. Over the years, the Mimosa has evolved, with some variations using different fruit juices and even adding a touch of liqueur. Yet, the essence of this delightful, bubbly cocktail remains.

Whether you’re brunching with friends, celebrating a milestone, or simply toasting life’s simple pleasures, the Mimosa never fails to bring a cheerful sparkle to your glass.

You will need these ingredients:

2 Parts  Fresh Orange Juice
2 Parts  FIOL Prosecco

And it is super easy to make:

  1. Add orange juice to a chilled flute glass.
  2. Top with FIOL Prosecco.

Typically served in a flute glass.
