Pornstar Martini Recipe

This seductive cocktail was created in the early 21st century by renowned British mixologist Douglas Ankrah.

Legend has it that he named it the “Pornstar Martini” after a photo shoot where a celebrity sipped the cocktail while dressed as a pornographic star. The rest is, as they say, history.

While sometimes divisive, its delicious taste and flirtatious name have made it a symbol of indulgence and celebration, inspiring laughter, fun, and unforgettable nights with friends.

You will need these ingredients:

1/2 Parts      Passion Fruit
1 1/2 Parts   Vodka
1/2 Part        Simple Syrup
3/4 Parts      Passion Fruit Puree
1 Part           FIOL Prosecco
1/2 Part        Lemon Juice

And it is super easy to make:

1. Add passion fruit puree, vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with lots of ice.
2. Shake well, and double strain into a Martini glass or coupette.
3. Top with FIOL Prosecco.
4. Garnish with passion fruit.
