A Craft Signature Cocktail by FIOL

PANAMERICANO INGREDIENTS

2 OZ. FIOL PROSECCO
1 OZ. MEZCAL
0.5 OZ. LIME JUICE
0.5 OZ. GUAVA NECTAR
0.25 OZ. CINNAMON SYRUP
1 DASH ANGOSTURA BITTERS

METHOD

Shake all ingredients except FIOL Prosecco with plenty of ice. Strain into a champagne glass or white wine glass and top with FIOL Prosecco. Garnish with fresh mint.


ENHANCE

In order to enhance the FIOL Prosecco experience, we recommend to serve the sparkling wine between 47°F - 50°F (8°C - 10°C) in a wine glass.
